Calvin G. "Jake" Kirkham, age 40, died August 12, 1991, in San Diego, California.  Born December 19, 1950, to Norman P. and Hope Kirkham.  Married Tamara Ann Foltz, December 20, 1969, in Salt Lake City; later divorced.  Survived by two daughters, Lisa and Amanda, both of Arizona; four sisters and four brothers. Liz Howard, Ann Miles, Jean Hollister,Ilene Mishler Sheldon, Duane, Theron, LaVerl.  Preceded in death by parents.

Memorial services will be Thursday, August 22, 11 a.m. at the Mountainview 3rd Ward in West Jordan, 2901 West 9000 South.  Interment:  Redwood Memorial Estates.
